    “Zunächst waren wir vom wenig reizvollen Stadtbild Bari Sardos enttäuscht. Doch nachdem wir einige touristischer dominierte Orte gesehen hatten, lernten wir die authentische und lebhafte Stadt schätzen. Man kann dort alles Nötige kaufen, und der nächste Supermarkt liegt gerade mal ums Eck.
    Bari Sardo liegt sehr günstig für jede Art von Ausflügen: seien es die nahegelegenen reizvollen Strände oder das beeindruckende Hinterland der Ogliastra. Insbesondere bei den Stränden machte es sich überaus positiv bemerkbar, dass wir in der Nachsaison (Ende September/Anfang Oktober) auf Sardinien waren, denn sie waren nur noch spärlich besucht. Wasser- und Lufttemperaturen waren hingegen noch sehr sommerlich.”
