Der Strand ist ca. 250 m entfernt, das alte Stadtzentrum, das über eine Abkürzung leicht zu erreichen ist, ist 600 m entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Geschäft mit Obst, Gemüse und Lebensmitteln. Andere Geschäfte sind 250 m entfernt, und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, die sowohl Terracina als auch den Bahnhof von Fondi anfährt.
Das Ferienhaus ist leicht zu Fuß oder mit allen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
