Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem 2009 erbauten, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist im typischen Landesstil eingerichtet. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der Lage am Wasser ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit und Terrasse. Bootsanlegeplatz (bis 7 m lang) vom Vermieter und Bootsausflüge mit Vermieter auf Anfrage.

Barbat. Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang. FerienWohnungen RAB BAR 014 und RAB BAR 034 (jeweils für 5 Personen) befinden sich im selben Haus. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße (asphaltiert). Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück und der Straße vor dem Haus.

Wohnküche mit 1 Zusatzbett auf Couch/Sofa, Sitzecke, TV, Essecke, Zugang zum Balkon (10 qm, überdacht, Gartenmöbel) und Meerblick. 2 Schlafzimmer jeweils mit 1 Doppelbett. Kochecke in der Wohnküche mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und elektrischem Wasserkocher. Bad mit Dusche, 1 Waschbecken, WC und Fenster.
