Location
Podstrana, 310 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Villa Aquarius is a luxuriously furnished house with an impeccably maintained garden of approximately 1000 m2. The house is a duplex - it shares a wall with the neighboring house. The gardens are completely separate and due to the location, orientation and good and functional fence you will enjoy privacy. Nobody can see you, you might hear the neighbors next door. If you love and want you can be naked. The property is completely fenced. On the side where the other part of the house is, a completely opaque fence, rich in plants and flowers. The house is located at the end of the village, which gives it a beautiful view of the Split slopes, the sea and the central Dalmatian islands.
