Very nice and well-equipped holiday home with a large and sunny terrace looking out over the Hardangerfjord. The house is 1km from Utne, at the northern end of the Folgefonn peninsula. There is beautiful scenery along the fjord, with waterfalls and steep mountainsides leading up to the glaciers. Good starting point for day trips to Hardangervidda, Vøringsfossen waterfall, or to Bergen (2 h), Haugesund and the islands of the west coast. This holiday home is of high quality, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and there is a WC in all bedrooms. A heat pump gives low running costs. From the house there is a view of most of the inner part of Hardanger and the fjord branches in the area. Good fishing and bathing in the fjord right outside the house. Good barbecue available. Various larger boat engines can be hired at extra cost. Children's bed & chair rentable; order in advance.
