This holiday house with pool is situated in the sunny bay of Prizba, on the southern part of the island. It consists of two floors connected by an external staircase making it the perfect choice for families or friends traveling together. The ground floor is not at guests' disposal. Stylishly furnished, it offers everything you need for a pleasant holiday.     “Mit dem Haus waren wir sehr zufrieden, da es nicht nur ausreichend Platz bot wir waren 13 Pers. sondern auf Grund der erhöten Hanglage einen wunderschönen Meerblick bot.
    Laut den Besitzern wurde das Erdgeschoss erst im vergangenen Winter renoviert worden.
    Was spätestens dann auffällt wenn mann die Dusch/Wc Räume begutachtet.
    Das Obergeschoss ist etwas älter aber trotzdem sehr schön.
    Die einzigen 2 punkte die mich von einer höchstbewertung abgehalten habe, waren das die Schlafzimmer nicht klimatisiert sind und zum zweiten dass das Wlan im OG. und im Poolbereich wegen des zu schwachen Signals nicht nutzbar ist.
    Die Besitzer sind sehr nettt und zuvorkommend.
    Die tatsächlich reale Entfernung zum Strand würde ich mit 250 - 300m angeben.
    Wenn mann mit dem Hund zum Strand möchte habe ich folgende info: am Hauptstrand ist Hundeverbot doch ca 30m nach dem Hauprstand gibt es einen kleinen strand wo kein Hundeverbot ist”
