BEDROOM with double-bed and one single sofa-bed in the living-room part of the same room. All bed linen and towels and are included.

BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, walk-in shower with handheld and rain head.

KITCHEN with fridge and freezer, hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-machine, cutlery and a selection of base ingredients (tea, coffee, sugar, spices, etc).

LIVING-ROOM with sofa, TV with Canal Digital satellite programs, breakfast table.

INCLUDED in price: parking on private land, wi-fi 60MB/sec, bedwear, towels, toiletries, hair-dryer, luggage storage, access to jetty/lake-shore, cleaning upon departure.

HOUSE-RULES: pets are welcome, smoking is not permitted inside.

"The cottage is situated between a lake (25m) and the woods (100m), which lends itself to walking/jogging, road or mountain biking, swimming, fishing, picking berries (Jul-Aug) or mushrooms (Aug-Sep). You may occasionally encounter deer or moose.

In the vicinity: trekking in the woods, golf, horse riding, cycling, shooting range, skating rink.

Free use of trampoline, swings, bathing from sand beach, chillbeans

Optionals (extra cost) include sauna, jacuzzi, boat with electric engine, fishing equipment and permit, kayaks, canoe, dinghy, bicycles, ping pong table.

Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served in the cottage at the time of your choice.
