La Rota de´n Morell is a rustic villa situated at the foot of one of the most emblematic mountains in the Pollensa surroundings.
The property has an extension of approximately 30,000 m2 with panoramic views of Pollensa and the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The landscape consists of a grand variety of trees amongst these are many ancient olive trees, unique in the area. It is divided in small parcels with terracing and stone walls.
The villa being furnished and decorated in the traditional Majorcan style boasts of lots of character and a very homely feeling. Entrance, living/ dining room (TV, DVD, CD player) with access to the covered terrace and BBQ area, cloak room, kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs, microwave), large L shape terrace (TV on the terrace) with a sitting area and a large 5-metre dining table.

Confirmation of your booking.
To finalise and confirm your booking you must supply us with you email address so you can then activate your customer account with Dickinson Villas, once we send you the activation details message via your given email address.
Once you have completed the online guest check in details we will then be able to send you the arrival details and direction to the property a week prior to your arrival.
