The apartment has a beautiful terrace with lake view and a separate entrance.
Here you can spend your days off in idyllic and calm surrounding. An optimal starting point for hiking around Tettnang or by a ten-minute walk to the beautiful small city. Doing without the car is not a problem here.
Close to the holiday home there are nice orchards, forests and meadows.
Business travelers appreciate the proximity to the airport and the Friedrichshafen exhibition center.

Welcome to our holiday apartment!
The quiet and newly built holiday apartment is designed for two people. It has a floor space of approx. 47 square meters and is furnished in a modern style. When furnishing, great importance was attached to design, quality, comfort and attractive lighting. In the tastefully furnished apartment, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The open and cozy dining and cooking area is located in the front part of the apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and many cooking utensils.
Towels and bed linen are included once. The central ventilation system provides fresh air.
In the garden you can enjoy a partial view of Lake Constance and the mountains. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house (hillside) and can be reached via a ramp.
