This maisonette is accessed via the common lounge.
It is centrally located in the building facing south towards the Dobratsch mountain.
All floors on the ground floor are covered with broken natural stone, on the upper floor your feet feel oiled spruce covering.
An anteroom leads to the living and dining room as well as the wellness bathroom.
The wooden staircase turns to two double bedrooms on the upper floor. The glazed vestibule offers a protected view of the terrace and the mountains beyond.
In front of the bedrooms there is a spacious balcony with our obligatory relaxation loungers.

Our maisonette apartments***
Each maisonette consists of a lounge with kitchen and living area and a spacious wellness bathroom on the ground floor. A rustic spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a double bed. The rooms have a spacious balcony with a beautiful view.
The southern façade is fully glazed and allows a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and our farm. All apartments are equipped with living room ventilation. The entire furnishings were made of natural solid spruce wood. All surfaces are treated only with linseed oil. The apartments are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
All guests also have a central lounge at their disposal, where breakfast is also served. This room is generously glazed and therefore offers a direct connection to the outside. In front of this is a terrace, where a wood-fired barbecue can be used for free use.
