This beautiful family villa is located in Porec, on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula. With a total of 168 square meters of living space, it offers space for up to 10 people and a lovingly furnished interior. The two-storey villa consists of an airy and bright first floor with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, dining room, toilet, laundry room and a bedroom. The other 3 double bedrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. If you would like to spend your vacation in the sun, there is a large and very inviting pool in front of the villa, which invites you to refresh yourself. Just a few steps away there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen with a fridge, a stove, a coffee machine and even a dishwasher! The villa also offers a barbecue and an outdoor dining area for cozy lunches and dinners. Villa Gaya is perfect for those looking for both a relaxing and active vacation. The villa has many sports facilities such as soccer, basketball, handball, table tennis and a trampoline. Electric bicycles are available on request for you to discover and explore the wider area. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many day trips, but if you decide not to leave the area, small stores, bars and restaurants are easily accessible in 2 minutes by car from the villa.Villa Gaya is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula, in one of the most beautiful towns on the Adriatic, in Porec. Porec is known for its beautiful narrow streets, numerous historical buildings, the most famous of which is the Euphrasian Basilica, which is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Apart from the cultural and historical buildings, Porec is especially known for its numerous pebble beaches, which are ideal for families with children. The villa is in a great location and is the perfect starting point for many day trips. We recommend that you visit other coastal towns such as Pula and Rovinj and the Brijuni National Park. All food lovers must visit the interior of Istria, where there are many top restaurants offering delicious traditional specialties. However, if you want to completely relax, you don't need to leave your place of stay. All the necessary amenities such as cafes, stores and restaurants are only a 2-minute drive away from Villa Gaya.
