A two-story cube, in the garden of our over 100-year-old house, generously glazed to the south and east, offers two large rooms, which we have lovingly furnished for you with a touch of the 80s and midcentury.You enter KEMENATE14 via a wrap-around, covered veranda, through a separate entrance that offers you a lot of intimacyIn the kitchen-living room on the ground floor you have the opportunity to step through a large sliding glass door into the garden, which is of course also at your disposal.In the stairwell, a large staircase leads to a split-level level that houses a shower room, a separate toilet and a small seating area.A few steps further you reach a large double bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed, two cupboards, a chest of drawers and a lounge chair.A hidden television can be conjured up in just a few simple steps.Once again through a large sliding glass door you reach a small, vine-covered balcony.The third sleeping area is a cozy niche on the ground floor under the stairs and consists of a cozy 1.80 m long, white-framed old farmer's bed with a new, high-quality mattress. However, the room situation cannot be locked, but has an original porthole to the corridor and therefore a bunk-like, maritime atmosphere.
