The beautifully idyllic Villa Son Perxa is located in the east of Mallorca, just 7 minutes by car from the town of Petra. This spacious house offers sensational views of the Puig de Bonany and other parts of the island. You can do your daily shopping in Petra, where you will find several restaurants and small supermarkets. The famous weekly market takes place every Wednesday in Sineu, just 16 kilometres away. The beautiful beach of Serra de Marina will delight you with its fine, white sand and shallow descent into the sea. For very large groups, we also offer the possibility of renting this house together with others in our range: Palmeral EMF199 and/or Sa Pleta EMF036. All properties are close to each other but completely independent and offer a high degree of privacy. These and three other neighbouring villas have a shared tennis and volleyball court. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
