The house in which the apartment Apartment17 is located, was completed in 2020. It is a two-story modern building with a total of seven apartments. There is an underground garage under the house where two parking spaces are available for guests of Apartment17. In the basement is also the ski cellar with ski boot dryers and ski holders. The valley station of the Spieljochbahn is only 300m away.

Apartment 17 is a modern vacation apartment for up to four people on 92sqm living space. It is generously designed with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From the large hallway with guest toilet you enter the living / dining room with open kitchen (peninsula).
The living room offers a steam fireplace in addition to the comfortable couch. The kitchen has chest height oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and wide induction cooktop.
