The exceptionally chic designer villa Cuca offers everything a couple could want for a relaxing holiday with the right ambience. The house is situated on a 2,000 m², very green garden plot. Outside, there is a spacious and lavishly designed pool area surrounded by a light-coloured sandstone terrace. After a dip in the pool, you can relax with a drink or read on the comfortable sofas with a covered seating area. There is also an open-air music system so that you can accompany your hours of enjoyment with your very own favourite music. The villa has a fast Wi-Fi connection, which you can use to surf on your iPad or laptop and send emails. There is also a so-called Top Deck: Here you will find some seating, but also for the active travellers two fitness bikes. There are also two bicycles available for those who would like to explore the surroundings on wheels. Below deck, the wellness programme is wonderfully rounded off by the sauna.

From the perfectly designed outdoor area, the path leads through a large, glass sliding door into the house. In front of it is a covered terrace with dining area, which also offers space for four people and is a lovely extension of the living room. Right next door you will also find the barbecue area for an evening barbecue in the open air. Inside the house, you first enter the living and dining area. The dining area consists of a glass table and beautifully designed chairs. The open, white kitchenette with an architecturally cool partition wall has all the technical appliances you need to make your holiday even more relaxing: Microwave, hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee and Nespresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher . The design of the entire interior is modern and trendy. The beige wall in the living area creates a wonderful atmosphere, especially in combination with the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling. In the sleeping area and bathroom, a cheerful orange brings life to the four walls: the washbasin consists of an orange-coloured design element and perfectly matches the typical sandstone wall tiles and the open, floor-level shower area. The bathroom is stylishly separated from the bedroom by a three-quarter height wall.

For excursions and shopping, you can quickly drive to Sa Pobla. There you will also find the Museum of Contemporary Art. There are also some interesting attractions and sights in nearby Pollença, which bear witness to Mallorcan history. The beautiful sandy beaches in the north are less than 10 kilometres away and invite you to spend a long day by the sea. If you fancy shopping, you should travel to the capital Palma and visit the popular old town with its beautiful shops. Villa Cuca is a trendy holiday home with great facilities for two people, located in the middle of the gentle plain around Sa Pobla. From here you have a wonderful view of the mountains. You can visit Sa Pobla or Pollença for shopping. Beautiful beaches such as Playa del Muro, Alcúdia or Can Picafort are less than 10 kilometres away.
