The “Al Brich” country estate is an ideal holiday destination. It lies on a hill at 650 metres above sea level in the green landscape of Langhe, amidst grape vines and chestnut trees. It affords a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the Alps.
Outside there is a large garden with shade and some pine trees, ideal for relaxing beneath whilst enjoying the view. The house has a roofed parking space for motorbikes, a children’s playground, free bicycle hire, a grill and a terrace with a beautiful view of the landscape and the mountains.
The 65m² apartment is on the first floor. It has a large living room with a flatscreen satellite TV and a large sofa bed for two people. The living room includes a cooking corner with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dining table with chairs. There is also a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and the option of a supplementary bed. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is equipped with free wireless Internet access and a washing machine.
There is a restaurant 300 metres away and shopping facilities ca. 2km away.
