Holiday home with terrace and barbecue

The detached holiday home built in 1985, was renovated in 2005 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. 2 outdoor showers and WC.

Zaglav, 5 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 110 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
