The house is located on a hill on the border with Tuscany and ca. 6 km to the small hamlet of Motta, where the nearest shops are. From the 2 bedded room on 1st floor there is a wooden ladder leading up to a doorless room in the attic (min. height 1.30 m/ max. height 2.00 m), equipped with a sofa bed (1.20 m wide). The access to the house is via an automatic gate and there are covered parking spaces within the grounds. Behind the house there is a church and the pastor’s house. Bells are rung on Sundays only.
