Studio in the centre of Giardini Naxos, with a terrace and a balcony, about 30 metres from the sea

This studio is in the centre of the picturesque Giardini Naxos and is about 30 metres from the sea.

The studio of around 50m² was renovated in 2015. It is on the fourth floor of a building without a lift, but there is a goods lift for your luggage. The studio has a sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 190cm). The living room area has a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a bathroom with a shower. The studio has air conditioning (cool/warm). Wireless Internet access is available.

Outside there is a little balcony, affording a great view of the sea and Taormina bay. There is also a big terrace for al fresco dining.

There are restaurants and various shops not far from the studio. It is worth visiting Taormina, the baroque town of Noto and Piazza Armerina.
