This holiday house is a fantastic villa with an indoor pool. The villa is located on a secluded plot of 2500 square metres, in the village Somme-Leuze, close to Durbuy (7 km), the smallest city of the world. You can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the neighbourhood from the terrace. The region is also ideal for mountain bikers, hikers and lovers of outdoor sports. It offers wide ranging leisure activities for the entire family. Durbuy with narrow streets and wonderful restaurants, La Roche with impressive castle ruins, Dinant with its fortress, from where you can also oversee the Meuse Valley, farmer’s golf in the hamlet Moressée, the terrain of Chevetogne with 12 playgrounds, the menhirs and dolmens in Weris, the caves of Han – all are reachable within half an hour’s drive. Moreover, the house is so classy and comfortable that you would never want to leave it. You will certainly have a lot of fun with your family in the swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.50 m). The playroom in the house offers foosball, air hockey and more games. The living room is cosy and very comfortable. The kitchen is ultra-modern. With your loved ones, it is really wonderful to enjoy an aperitif around the cooking island with bar stools. Each of the four bedrooms on the first floor has an attached bathroom. One more large children’s room with two bunk beds (for four beds) has another bed in the bed box. A parking lot with ample place for 3 to 4 cars is just a few steps away from the house. The villa is a wonderful place for a weekend with the family or friends. Student parties, stag parties and youth groups are not permitted here. This house is intended mainly for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner, possibly with an additional deposit.
