The residence enjoys a wonderful location on the Kurpromenade right opposite the Saarow Therme and about 100 metres from the lake Scharmützelsee. There are recreational faciliies right nearby within a few minutes’ walk.
A child’s travel bed and a highchair are available free of charge.
Free parking spaces are available in the public parking deck about 120 metres from the apartment. Parking spaces are always available.

The centrepiece of the holiday apartment is the living room with a sitting, dining and cooking space. The sofa can be used as a bed for one person. There are also two comfortable armchairs for relaxing or reading, a flatscreen TV (cable TV) and a radio. The dining space next to it consists of a large dining table and four chairs. The kitchen behind the dining space is equipped with crockery and cutlery, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath, WC, washbasin, makeup mirror and hairdryer. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed 180cm wide and a wardrobe.
