The apartment house with one-room and two-room apartments enjoys a quiet, attractive location on the edge of the Kurpark (large park including a playground) in the seaside town Breege-Juliusruh, only about a ten-minute walk from the long white sandy beach at the Baltic Sea (Schaabe) and a 10-minute walk from the Breeger Bodden.
You can share use of the large garden, with several seating groups and a grill.
The building is surrounded by a large garden. All the holiday apartments have a kitchen unit with the usual appliances, a car parking space on the fenced site, a grill area, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. This one-room apartment is on the upper floor. The living room has a cosy little sofa corner with armchairs and satellite TV, inviting you to relax. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and the usual electrical appliances, as well as a little dining corner. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The bed 140cm wide is on the gallery (attic), accessed up space-saving stairs.
Pets are only allowed on request.
