Beautiful detached vacation home with stunning views of the bays of Sestri Levante: the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia delle Favole, which inspired Andersen (5 km). The house is accessible by 102 steps. From the large outdoor area in front of the house, two terraces and a pergola you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and the impressive panoramic view. On the second floor is a large terrace with beautiful views, where you can have a leisurely breakfast. A bathroom with hydromassage shower and one with hydromassage bathtub invite you to relax after your excursions. From the house, along the paths that lead to the historic center of Sestri Levante, you can discover the narrow charming streets of this small town. About 50 km away is Genoa with its famous aquarium and historic center with characteristic alleys; Portofino at 35 km offers a natural park (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the charming villages of Cinque Terre are about 40 km away. Nearby are tennis clubs, farms, playgrounds, riding stables, mountain bike trails, boats to the Cinque Terre and Portofino and the possibility to practice many water sports such as diving, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling. Various services can be arranged (for a fee): House cook, use of swimming pool and SPA in the hotel by the owner of the vacation home, agreements with two restaurants (one is in Baia del Silenzio) and take-away, excursions by sailboat and yacht. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and dinghy rental, car rental or private driver. Additional services at the vacation property: cooking lessons, tasting of typical products (wine, olive oil, focaccia, pesto, etc.), babysitting, children's entertainment, dog-sitting, organization of events and birthdays, Italian courses, tasting lessons. We recommend booking early.

    “Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es stammt ursprünglich aus dem 19. Jhdt, wurde 2007 renoviert/modernisiert. Tischwäsche, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Kochutensilien; Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Stühle, Liegen und Auflagen waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist wertig und stimmig ( leider kein deutscher TV-Sender) Das Haus ist durch die Hanglage einerseits sehr schön (Blick auf Sestri Levante insbes. von der überlaubten Terrasse aus), auf der anderen Seite ist es nur durch rd. 100 Stufen erreichbar. Das Haus selbst ist im Inneren über 3 Etagen gebaut, so dass man von der Küche ins Wohnzimmer und ins obere Schlafzimmer nur über Treppen gelangt. Für Gehbehinderte ist das Haus daher nicht geeignet. Durch seine Lage in den Hügeln über Sestri Levante benötigt man unbedingt eine Auto.
    Leider hatten wir ein großes Problem mit Mücken, so dass wir den Aussenbereich nur für das Frühstück, nicht für das Abendessen nutzen konnten. Selbst am Tage auf den Liegen wurden wir gestochen. Die Nachbarn im nebenan gelegenen Haus halten ein Gruppe von rd. 10 Chihuahuas, die leider oftmals bellten. Ferner wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes zwei nahe Häuser umgebaut, so dass es Baulärm gab. Die Hunde, die Mücken und der Baulärm sind natürlich nicht von den Vermietern zu verantworten, Dessen ungeachtet haben wir uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin (Flavia) hat uns zu Beginn des Urlaubs im Haus herumgeführt, war per Handy jederzeit erreichbar, respektierte die Privatsphäre. Da am Haus ein Pool fehlt, können Gäste den Pool des Hotels der Vermieter nutzen (20 Euro pro Tag und Person).”

    “Das Haus steht sehr schön und ruhig am Olivenhang etwa 4 Kilometer hinter Sestri Levante mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Der eingezäunte Garten ist sehr toll vor allem wenn man mit Hunden unterwegs ist. Er hat viel natürlichen Schatten aber auch eine Sonnenwiese. Das Haus ist sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Es bietet genügend Platz für 7 Personen. Ich kann es bestens weiter empfehlen.”
