Comfortable and beautiful vacation home located near Algarrobo Costa, Vélez-Málaga.
Distributed in a living room with fireplace and integrated kitchen, bathroom with hydro-massage bath and 2 bedrooms, it offers a capacity for 4 people. From the beautiful terrace and from the magnificent pool you can enjoy spectacular views of the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.
This vacation home is located about 1 km from the beach in Lagos, a fishing and agricultural area, with a quiet and family atmosphere. A municipality that belongs to Vélez-Málaga and is very close to Algarrobo Costa on the eastern Costa del Sol. Known for its excellent climate and wide range of restaurants and beach bars.
About 1,2 km before the house there are sections of unpaved but safe road which runs parallel to the riverbed of the Lagos river. The last 75 m are on a slope, but can be driven on with a vehicle.
The tap water is taken from a well and can be easily used for cleaning and bathrooms. The owner provides water for drinking and cooking.
1 pet is also welcome.
Highly recommended is a visit to Torrox and Nerja which are easily accessible by car and bus. It is an excellent opportunity to explore the famous caves of Nerja with its cave paintings, which have been declared a historical monument of art and are of cultural interest.
At 41 km is Malaga, cosmopolitan and cultural with numerous museums: Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, the collection of the Russian Museum St. Petersburg, Center Pompidou, etc.. Numerous restaurants and typical bars offer a perfect opportunity to taste local and international dishes.
Ideal for a stroll through the streets of the historic center, a walk along the pier and enjoy the sun.
