In a quiet location away from the city crowds as part of a residential building in Njivice, apartment is located with a beautiful panoramic sea view. Distance from the beach is 800 m, from the center 2 km. In the center of town are numerous restaurants, cafes, pastries, bakeries, a large supermarket, post office, pharmacy, and numerous entertainment facilities for children and adults. Near the apartment there is a small shop with basic needs, only 450m away.

In front of the building, there is a parking space for guests on the private ground.

In the living room there is a sofa that can be used as an extra bed for one person.Additional equipment: washing machine, internet, air conditioning, satellite tv. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
