Unsere Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen befindet sich im Obergeschoss mit einem separaten Eingang.Die ca. 40 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Pantryküche, Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Fenster. Ferner gehört zur Wohnung ein Südbalkon zum Genießen der Abendsonne und ein geräumiger, abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder usw. Der PKW-Stellplatz ist unmittelbar vor der Wohnung.Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto und Vergnügungspark Erdbeerhof Karl), ca. 10 Min zum Strand, zur Seebrücke und dem Streckelsberg gelegen. Die frischen Bäckerbrötchen sind fußnah in ca. 4 Min zu bekommen. Radwege sind optimal ausgebaut. Die Bäderbahn bietet zu den wichtigsten Orten der Insel eine gute Verbindung.Ganz no befindet sich für Wellness das NAUTIC-Hotel und für Radfreunde der Usedom-Fahrradverleih mit neuesten Modellen(Entfernung zum Fahrradverleih ca100m).
