House in La Alquería with Private Parking and Spectacular View

Casa Las Brisas is a magnificent holiday home that has so much to offer. The spectacular view alone, from the house, over the mountains down to the Mediterranean Sea, is enough to melt your heart. The nearest village (1km) Comares was voted ‘Pueblo magico d’España’. Casa Las Brisas is situated in one of the most beautiful spots of La Axarquia, surrounded by wonderful nature but not too far from the beaches, and all the famous Andalusian highlights which are just a daytrip away.

Entering the house gives you an instant feeling of happiness, especially when you see the cosy living room with fireplace, comfortable salon and dining area. Everywhere there are beautiful details that give you a warm and welcoming feeling. There is a big smart tv with Netflix and air-conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed.The kitchen is very well equipped and has a stone worktop, a dishwasher, lots of kitchen appliances, even an air-fryer. Of course, there is an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combi, cooker and all the utensils you need.The bathroom next to the living room is spacious and has a walk-in shower, a bathtub, bidet, toilet and sink.The hall which can serve as an office (There is a desk, library and it can be heated separately), leads up to the 3 bedrooms and at the other side to the Andalusian patio, where there is a second bathroom and the entrance to the pool area.The bedrooms are decorated with colourful bedding and lots of attention to detail. There are 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds.The master bedroom has a wardrobe, and the other two rooms have clothing racks and chests of drawers. Every bedroom has air-conditioning and fly screens.The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There are 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds. (One double room connected with the 2 single beds room). Pets can be allowed only after consultation. There is an extra fee to be paid for their stay. Please note that ONLY in special reduced prices for monthly rent, electricty and gas are not included. In our normal prices, everything is included.



There is a pool area that offers total privacy, several terraces (even a roof terrace), an Andalusian patio and covered parking space.When you pass the entrance gate, a colourful garden on different levels, with lovely hidden seating areas, tropical plants and traditional trees, leads you up to the house. The first thing you see is a gorgeous, covered terrace with a beautiful seating corner, and terrace heater. On your right is an open terrace. There are spectacular views from both terraces. There is also an amazing roof terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sunset.The Andalusian patio is a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy an aperitive. There is a table, chairs and a sunshade. It has access to the pool area and to the second bathroom.

Easy access to the main road that takes you to the village of Comares where you can enjoy the amazing views over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea, and the village itself, with its white narrow streets typical of Andalusian villages.Beautiful foot paths from the house where you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature.Torre del Mar. Beach, fun, and lovely restaurants at only 25 km from Villa Las Brisas.Please note that ONLY in reduced prices for monthly rent in the low season, gas and electricity are not included.

Comares, sometimes called 'Pearl of the Aaxarquia', is a typical whitewashed Andalusian village that has a lot to offer. Everything here breathes history and if you follow the ceramic footsteps through the narrow streets and alleys, you will discover the Moorish past. The residents are immensely friendly and love meeting foreigners. In terms of gastronomy too, you won't have to miss a thing. Come and enjoy Andalusian specialities and hospitality in one of the bars and restaurants.In Comares you will find a village supermarket, a bakery (bread baked in a wood-fired oven!) and, in addition, you can have meat, fish, bread and vegetables delivered to your door at La Pendolera if you wish.There are a pharmacy, banks and an ATM in the village. A doctor is present almost every morning.Comares also has a lot to offer active guests. In the immediate vicinity you can go hiking, mountain biking, cycling and even rock climbing. Spain's largest Tiroliña with several vias ferratas and the possibility of sliding down long cables to the overhanging mountain is just outside the village. There is a FREE PADEL BAAN for those who like to play ball. The views from the village square in Comares, which is 730 metres above sea level, are truly breathtaking.
