Die Ferienwohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Privathaus des Vermieters. Zur Wohnung gehören ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und TV, zwei separate Schlafzimmer jeweils mit bequemen Doppelbett, eine komplett ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Eßplatz sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück gibt es im Außenbereich einen Sitzplatz für Gäste, einen kostenfreien Parkplatz sowie eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Das Rauchen ist nur im Außenbereich gestattet.

Das Wäschepaket (Handtücher/Bettwäsche) ist im Preis enthalten.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage im kleinen Örtchen Schorrentin in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Dorfkirche. Schorrentin ist ein Ortsteil der Kleinstadt Neukalen und liegt inmitten des Naturparks Mecklenburgische Schweiz und Kummerower See in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung. Die Region lädt zu Radtouren ein. Im benachbarten Neukalen gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen kleinen Hafen und das Peene-Natur-Bad. Auch Dargun mit seinem Klostersee und der Kloster-Schloßruine ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Zu Entdeckungstouren lädt ebenfalls die "Große Rosin" - Westeuropas größtes Niedermoorgebiet ein.
