Ideal for a weekly or weekend break close to Perpignan and in the heart of nature. The activities in and around Vingrau are varied: swimming, hiking, cycling, climbing for the more adventurous and caving. This gîte is located on the wine route, with many wine cellars to visit. Tastings are organised, in moderation of course. Mediterranean beaches can be reached in 25 minutes by car, and motorway access, a large shopping centre and the airport are 15 minutes away. From the gîte, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding area. The owners will welcome you whether you are alone, 2, 3 or 4 people, as the bedding is very comfortable, particularly the sofa bed in the living room and in the bedroom. This beautiful contemporary house is situated in the hills, around 3 km from the village of Vingrau.
The gîte is on the first floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area (sofa bed for 2 people) opening onto a private 5 m² terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding area. There is also a bedroom with 1 double bed, a bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower, and separate toilet facilities. 3 gîtes (66G12311-66G123112-66G123113) are located upstairs. The owners live on the ground floor. A shared hall leads to the flats. Unenclosed private parking is available on site. Orange mobile 4G antenna located 800 metres from the gîtes.
