Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ort Balm auf der Insel Usedom.Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 250 m² und bietet Paltz für insgesamt 14 Personen + 1 Baby. 

Sie verfügen über insgesamt 6 Schlafräume, 4 Bäder, 2 Wohn- / Essbereiche.
Die Schlafräume wären wie folgt:

Das gesamte Haus ist mit einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Stellplätze für Ihre PKW's finden Sie direkt neben dem Haus.



Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Golfplatz in Balm auf der Insel Usedom. Die angrenzenden Wiesen und Wälder laden zum wandern und spazieren ein. 

In wunderschöner Natur gelegen, umgeben vom Balmer See liegt der kleine Ort Balm, der zur Gemeinde Benz gehört. Balm ist eins der ältesten Siedlungsgebiete auf der Insel Usedom. Nicht nur Golfer sind herzlich willkommen.

Auch Radfahrer, Wanderer und Wassersportler und insbesondere erholungsbedürftige Gäste, die etwas abseits vom Trubel der Kaiserbäder die absolute Entspannung, suchen werden sich in Balm sehr wohlfühlen.
