The rustically furnished holiday home is located on the owner's 1,550 square metre residential property in the village. It has a combined living/bedroom on the upper floor (upholstered seating area, 1 bed, flat-screen TV, radio), bedroom on the upper floor (double bed), living/dining room with seating area, dining area and kitchenette on the ground floor, shower/WC on the ground floor, central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. A private boat and bathing jetty is available for fishing and swimming at the Wutzsee. A rowing boat can be hired directly from the owner for EUR 20/day. The final cleaning is included in the total price. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, boat (if desired) 20 EUR/day, electricity and water according to consumption. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented.
