The villa itself offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday with friends: a pool area with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a mobile barbecue. Under the covered veranda, you can enjoy convivial meals well into the long Mediterranean summer nights. The pool area is surrounded by well-tended plants. On the upper floor there is another terrace overlooking the pool area.

The interior design of the villa is well adapted to the needs of the holidaymaker. A staircase leads to a small entrance area in maisonette style. This small mezzanine level has a bathroom and a utility room. A few steps lead to the main living area with an open, bright living and dining room with access to the rear pool terrace. Connected to the living area is a bright, spacious kitchen with dining room. There is also a beautiful double bedroom and a bathroom on this level. A staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor. There are three further double bedrooms and a bathroom with a hydromassage bath. Two of the bedrooms have access to the upper sun terrace. The bedrooms have wardrobes with plenty of storage space; in addition, they can be conveniently darkened with roller blinds for a restful nap in the hot season. In the basement of the house there is a large room with another dining area and sofas. This room can be opened up to the barbecue terrace if required.
The villa is surrounded by a garden plot in the holiday resort of Sa Coma on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. The village offers good shopping facilities and restaurants. Several other sandy beaches can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.
