Vuonna 2006 Rakennettu alppitalo. Huoneisto on remontoitu 2022 tulipalon jälkeen. huoneisto on siis täysin uudessa kunnossa. Kohteessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta joista toinen on alekerrassa ja siinä on 160 cm leveä parisänky. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone jossa on kaksi 80 cm leveää sänky. Parvella on vielä lisäksi yksi 120 cm leveä sänky ja levitettävä vuodesohva.
Oleskelutila ja tupakeittiö ovat viihtyisät jonka tunnelmaa lisää takka. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu Ja ruokapöytää voi jatkaa. Yläkerran oleskelutilasta löytyy työpiste joten kohteessa voit tehdä etätöitä. Rentoutumisen mahdollistaa pesuhuone ja sauna.
