Das sonnige Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung, Kaminofen und Sauna lädt zu jeder Jahreszeit zu einem komfortablen, erholsamen Urlaub ein. Es liegt ruhig am Rande einer Seen- und Wiesenlandschaft zwischen Gothensee und Wolgastsee in Korswandt, das südlich an Ahlbeck angrenzt. Mit ca. 70 qm Wohnfläche ist es für 2 Personen großzügig ausgelegt. Für diese Belegung wurde das Ferienhaus vom Deutschen Tourismusverband mit 5 Sternen ausgezeichnet. Aufgrund der ausziehbaren Schlafcouch im Wohnraum finden auch bis zu 4 Personen bequem Platz. Der großzügige Wohnraum mit einem Essbereich und einer komplett eingerichteten Küche bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Das zusätzliche WC im Erdgeschoß erspart das Treppensteigen. Im Obergeschoß befindet sich der großzügige Schlafraum, in dem ausreichend Platz, für die Aufstellung eines Kinderreisebettes ist. Das große Duschbad verfügt zusätzlich über ein Bidet. In der Sauna läßt sich hervorragend entspannen und über das Fenster ist ein Blick nach draußen möglich.
Die große, südwestlich ausgerichtete Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln und Grill ausgestattet. Den Gästen steht 1 Parkplatz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können im Abstellraum untergebracht werden.
Hinweis: Eine Kurtaxe fällt in Korswandt nicht an, ggf. ist in anderen Orten auf Usedom bei der Nutzung der örtlichen Einrichtungen eine Kurtaxe zu entrichten.
