The holiday home built in 1997 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, garden shower, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and courtyard. Swing, bowling. After consultation with the landlord, there is the opportunity to experience a rally test test drive with 15% discount. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Location
Siofok, 150 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 1800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the other semi-detached house are the apartments BAL SIO 401 (6 people) and Balsio 656 (6 people). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
