Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Zinnowitz mit Großer Terrasse
Liebe Gäste herzlich Willkommen bei uns in Zinnowitz. Unser 4**** Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse direkt am Küstenwald mit einer idyllischen Natur. Das Grundstück hat eine Größe von 1000 qm und den feinen Ostseestrand erreichen Sie in weniger als 10 Gehminuten. Zum Ortszentrum von Zinnowitz sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Natürlich können Sie sich ein Fahrrad mieten oder Sie bringen Ihr Fahrrad von zu Hause mit und alles geht schneller. Für 2 Gäste können wir Fahrräder zur Verfügung stellen. Feriengäste die mit der Bahn anreisen für die können wir ein Taxi bestellen. Unser Ferienhaus wurde von uns liebevoll im Nordischen Stil eingerichtet und bietet Ihnen zu jeder Jahreszeit genug Platz für bis zu 4 Personen auf einer Wohnfläche von 80 qm. Unseren Gästen steht eine große Terrasse rund ums Haus zur Verfügung mit Terrassen möbeln, Sonnenliegen, einem Grill und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Der Parkplatz befindet auf dem abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Unser Ferienhaus ist ein Nichtraucherhaus und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. In der unteren Etage befindet sich die funktionelle Küche von 2017 mit E-Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle,Spülmaschine, Essecke usw. sowie ein helles Wohn- und Esszimmer mit großem Esstisch für bis zu 4 Personen, dazu eine Doppelbettcouch von 2018 welche zum Schlafen genutzt werden kann und ein großer Flachbild Fernseher, Radio und CD Player. Weiterhin befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unser großes Bad mit Dusche und WC und Fenster. Die obere Etage ist ausgestattet mit einem abgeschlossenen Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und Einbauschränken dort besteht die Möglichkeit ein Kinderbett für Ihre kleinen aufzustellen. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett von 2019 (180 x 200 ) sowie ein Flachbild TV ein Radio und ein CD-Player der Fußboden besteht aus Holz (Dielen) und wurde 2015 neu eingebaut. WLAN steht Ihnen natürlich kostenlos zur Verfügung.

“Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage am Waldesrand mit einem direktem Weg zum Meer, welches fußläufug in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist zentral im Ort jedoch gleichzeitig ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.”
