The Holiday apartment is located on a 350 sqm and an open garden property with flowers, bushes and trees. The owner lives permanently in the house or, but uses a separate entrance.
Your holiday apartment: Your holiday apartment offers 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the 1st floor and leads over an external stair and a terrace directly in the living room/bedroom. The bathroom is not in the apartment but can be accessed via the terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. Cooking nook with gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven and refrigerator (freezer). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. At the house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 2 km away, restaurant 2 km and town centre 2 km. Krk city center 5 km, location Drazice and Punat 8 km away.
