Beautiful House with Jacuzzi in Costa del Sol with Common Pool and Amazing Views

House located in the mountains with amazing views. The house is situated in the village and you can walk to bars, shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy and bakery. The village has an excellent municipal swimming pool ( small daily cost, paid locally) open July and August. You can reach gorgeous beaches in 30 minutes by car, and Lake Vinuela is 20 minutes away. You can see the Lake from your terraces. Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Air conditioning costs: a package per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.



There is also a gorgeous roof terrace with breathtaking views. The jacuzzi is available from April 1 to November 15 . Please note, in accordance with Spanish health and safety recommendations the jacuzzi will reach a maximum temperature of 33/34 degrees. It is not possible to have the jacuzzi at a higher temperature than this, for motives of health and safety for all our clients..



The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia, is delightful. It has bars, banks, shops, bakery, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and has excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia. Situated in an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of Mountains to Lake Vinuela, the house is in a perfect location. The house is well equipped and furnished to a excellent standard. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour, and the journey on the coast road from Nerja to Comares is superb!

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Tolle Aussicht, vor allem von der Dachterrasse aus. Der Hausverwalter spricht englisch und war sofort zur Stelle, als die Gasflasche leer war. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.”

    “Herzlicher Empfang mit frisch gepflückten Orangen aus dem Garten (sehr lecker!).
    Spektakulärer Blick von der Dachterasse.
    Alles sauber und ordentlich.
    Zum Glück waren wir nur zu fünft - sonst wäre es mit Geschirr usw. etwas knapp geworden...
    Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war (Anfang April) sehr gut.”

    “Das Haus befindet sich in einem Bergdorf mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht und vor allem fernab des massen Tourismus. Ruhe und Müßiggang sind dort angesagt, gut für die Erholung. 3 Kneipen und 2 gute Restaurants, vor allem das auf dem Dorfplatz und ein Lebensmittelladen machen den Aufenthalt dort perfekt. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich und trotz fehlender deutsch oder englisch Sprachkenntnisse kann man sich mit jedem verständigen.
    Das Haus an sich war sehr, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Es war so, wie vom Reiseanbieter beschrieben. Zusätzlich zu dem Vermieter, kümmert sich noch ein Hausmeister um das Haus und so klappt alles reibungslos.
    Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.”

    “Huset var rent och välutrustat, men porslinet var ett hopplock av lite av varje. Läget var utmärkt och med en fantastisk utsikt. Det fanns också en fin takterass.”
