Holiday apartment with terrace and garden and sea view

The apartment is located in a quiet, upscale residential area of Santa Ponça with a large stock of old trees.

Quiet and bright apartment with sea view, located 30 metres to the water. The apartment is very spacious and has three bedrooms plus a living and dining room. You will find everything you need to prepare meals in the separate kitchen. There are two bathrooms available with bathtub and toilet. There is also a roofed area for drying the laundry. From the bedroom, the living room and from the terrace you have a direct sea view. The apartment has sleeping spaces for eight people with one double bed, four single beds and a pull out sofa in the living room for two people.

A large terrace in the outdoor area offers space to relax. The atmosphere in the house is very family-like and there is a possiblity to grill/barbecue in the shared garden. The apartment has two own parking spaces directly in front of the house.

30 metres opposite the apartment is a small bathing area in the sea. Two minutes’ walk away is the Playa Pequeña (Caló d 'in Pellicer) of Santa Ponça, a small romantic bay with fine white sand and tall pine trees.
Shops and a bus stop to Palma de Mallorca can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
