Tourist kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Apartment have beautiful and large balcony with garden furniture, 20 m2 with a partial sea view.     “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße südlich vom Zentrum von Njivice. Vom Balkon kann man das Meer nur durch die Bäume des dazwischenliegenden Grundstücks sehen, dafür läuft man keine zwei Minuten zum Wasser. Ins Ortszentrum (zum Bäcker und Supermarkt) läuft man ungefähr 10-15 Minuten, wenn man gemütlich an der Promenade entlang spaziert.

    Die Ausstattung war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. In der Küche gab es alles, was wir für unser tägliches Kochen gebraucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Wir waren zu dritt, doch auch zu viert wäre es noch nicht zu eng geworden, da man sehr gut auf dem großen Balkon sitzen kann.

    Dass die Hausherrin im Untergeschoss wohnt, verleiht dem ganzen eine „familäre Atmosphäre“. Sie selbst spricht zwar weder deutsch noch englisch, hat aber viele Freundinnen im Dorf, die ihre Deutschkenntnisse gerne zur Verfügung stellen, so dass wir keine Kommunikationsprobleme hatten.

    Die Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Leute, die eine kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2 - 4 Personen suchen, ohne viel Schnickschnack, aber mit allem, was man braucht.”
