The grocery shop in the village is 500 metres from the house. It is three kilometres to the sandy or pebbled beach. The harbour at Ploce, with restaurants, shopping centres and other amenities, is five kilometres away. The surroundings are excellent for water sports such as canoeing or kayaking, as well as kitesurfing.

The living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a TV, a dining area and a small kitchen unit, equipped with a hob and fridge. There is a further single bed (90 x 200cm) in a niche in this room. All the beds are suitable for adults.
