Generous and charmingly furnished holiday house for the whole family, with a private garden, garden shed and terrace
The holiday house was built according to the latest standards and was completed in June 2014. It is characterised by quiet surroundings, owing to the very quiet location on a cul-de-sac in a 30 Kmh zone. The house offers pure relaxation.
The house is tastefully and functionally furnished, so you will feel at home straight away on holiday. There are three bedrooms, of which one is on the ground floor and is furnished with a large double bed. The other two are on the upper floor and provide two single beds and one single bed respectively. Children’s supplementary beds can be set up in the bedrooms, to be ordered in advance. The ground floor and upper floor each have a bathroom with a shower/WC. The ground floor has a combined living room and built-in kitchen, with cupboards, a fireplace stove and a comfortable sofa that can be used as a bed. In the evenings you can end the day with a drink in front of the fireplace stove. The house has few barriers, but is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the doors are less than 95cm wide.
There are a sandpit, a swing with a slide and other toys on site. Owing to the very quiet location, children can play freely. There is also a terrace with garden furniture in the open garden, shielded from views in. You can store your own bicycles in the garden shed.
You can recharge your body and soul in the sauna on the upper floor for your own exclusive use, with a steam bath or a classical sauna. The house has few allergens, so pets and smoking are not allowed. You can use the “stocked fridge” service. If you do not feel like doing grocery shopping on arrival day, you can register and provide a shopping list at the latest three days before arrival. The owner can then do your shopping and it will be ready for you in the house.
Discover the wonderful nature all around and go on long walks, cycle tours, fishing, water sports etc. The sea and the tidal flats natural heritage site at the North Sea await your visit. The location of the house between Aurich, Emden and Norden, as well as the good rail connections make the house an ideal starting point for cycling and exploratory tours to the most popular places of interest between Ems and Jade. It is about 6km to the centre with a supermarket, restaurant, swimming pool and the train station. The sea and the nearest sandy beach are about 20km away.
