In front of the house there is a beautiful garden with a grill, table tennis table and outdoor shower. There is also a storage room, where you can keep bicycles and other items. If you rent both apartments with friends, then a shared terrace is available. Behind the house there is a large parking area for up to eight cars. The whole house and its guests are insured by Grawe.
