Cosy Apartment in Laeken
The apartment is on the ground floor of a five-storey, video-monitored residential house in a quiet residential district of Brussels near the Atomium and the Bockstael metro station.
The cosy two-room apartment of around 58m² is on the ground floor and is suitable for up to six people. The bedroom is furnished with a large kingsize double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). Two further people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 x 200cm) in the living room. The sixth person can also sleep in the living room on a supplementary bed (80 x 200cm). The apartment is therefore ideal for families or friends. Apart from the sofa bed, the living room has a coffee table and a large flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player and a Playstation, as well as a dining table and an open kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a bath and washbasin, along with a washing machine. There is a separate WC. Wireless Internet and heating are available in all rooms.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area, but very close to the metro stop (Bockstael, ca. 50 metres away) and the always vibrant bazaar (similar to Barbès in Paris). For those who arrive by car there are many public parking spaces on the street the house is on.
