Inside the village there are two shops for food: one is smaller and can be found near the Bucaniere restaurant-pizzeria, while the other is a supermarket which generally opens in July and August and is located behind the restaurant-pizzeria Sammarcanda . Other supermarkets can be found in Muravera and Villapitzu

More restaurants are I Tamerici, just out of the village, Su Talleri (eat only fish) at the intersection to Porto Corallo and, out of Muravera, you find Il Falconiere (pizza, meat, fish) and many others in the surrounding area, and in the city.
Hiking and beaches (summer season):
I will list some ideas for excursions (it is only a small part of what you can see):
• If you like walking you can suggest tours that leave from the village and take you to the coast (they are indicated by labels) and tours of the Mount of the 7 Brothers
• If you love scuba diving, you can find one right next to the beach bar
• If you love beautiful beaches you can visit Ferraxi, murdas, Piscinas in the Costa Rei, Cala Pira, Iki beach (Sant'elmo area) and the beaches of Punta Molentis and the old port in Villasimius. Do not miss the daily excursion boat, that takes you to visit the beauties of the Gulf of Orosei (from Arbatax)
• In Villasimius found the night life
• Ulassai trips to the cave and visit the winery Jerzu (famous for Canonau) and there eat at "Concetta" inn. Always interesting to enrich your culture a visit to the great complex of Nuraghe (Barumini, Genna Maria ...) and the Phoenicia area near the beautiful beaches of Chia south of Cagliari.
Beautiful is nevertheless discover yourself places, tastes, customs of Sardinia: it remains in your heart and leaves you the best memories of this island to tell your loved friends.
